Black drum in Sargent and East Matagorda Bay Wow Sargent is warm . Is the Black drum run on in Sargent?  The water Temperature at the Sargent Swing Bridge hit 70 on January 20th.. New Sargent Bridge plans. Recently I came across a posted photo of the New Sargent Bridge. It is a "Corkscrew shaped Bridge" on 457 in Sargent Texas,the one that will replace our current Sargent Floating Swing Bridge.  It is supposed to  limit the Environmental impact with the new design.  When you look at it's footprint on the map it is very compact.
