New Sargent Bridge

New Sargent Bridge plans. Recently I came across a posted photo of the New Sargent Bridge. It is a "Corkscrew shaped Bridge" on 457 in Sargent Texas,the one that will replace our current Sargent Floating Swing Bridge.  It is supposed to  limit the Environmental impact with the new design.  When you look at it's footprint on the map it is very compact. Swing Bridge Sargent Texas Slammed by Barge

Swing Bridge Sargent Texas is the last of it's kind in the State of Texas. It was slammed by Barge Yesterday. Sting Ray Marina is still open so go have a nice lunch and watch them repair bridge. Ferry service is available to the Island on a limited basis. Video!
