Watch Tides this week.  I would  fish the surf around the Sargent Cliffs on the Beach. Trout also are good on live shrimp over shell in East Matagorda bay all week.  The Redfish run is starting to heat up around Mitchells cut too.  Reds are really starting to run. Croaker are hot now too. If you never caught a two or three pound croaker this could be your time of the year to do it. The Croaker run is going at full speed and they are huge.  The kids really love catching them. I do too.
